CONFIGURATIONS

Tribeca is a modular system available in:

  • 2.5m x 5m, 5m x 5m and 5m x 7.5m interconnectable modules
  • 3m side height

Shallow curved roof pitch combined with header fascia gives cubic appearance

Engineered in accordance with all relevant codes for temporary demountable structures

CLADDING

  • Minimalist glazing system can be configured to create partially open or enclosed structures
  • Powder coated glazing hardware gives unique and high-end appearance
  • 1m or 2m high glazing panels which can also be mounted at high level only using glazing portal beams
  • Alternative cladding options include tensioned PVC sheeting, thermo insulated or ABS panels

CUSTOMISATION

  • Parapet header fascia gives perfect high-level branding opportunity and is available in a range of materials and finishes
  • Tension PVC or cassette façade system can be utilised to partially clad or totally envelop the structures exterior walls
  • Minimal fit-out required due to premium finish of raw construction and integral optional extras to disguise exposed structural elements

LOGISTICS

  • Highly efficient build programme, with minimal labour and plant
  • Bespoke transport stillages lead to reduced shipping volumes
  • Minimal anchoring requirement due to substantial self-weight

ECO CREDENTIALS

  • All materials used in construction are responsibly sourced from EU suppliers
  • Aluminium, the main material, is lightweight, durable and 100% recyclable
  • Demountable system means all components are reused many times on different projects
  • At the end of the structure’s life cycle, 88% of its components are fully recyclable
